Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, many suppliers we work with have minimum order quantities (MOQ), which typically range from 25 to 100 units depending on the product. However, there are many low-minimum or no-minimum options that still exist. We’ll tell you exactly what they are before you buy.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, you can usually request blank or
pre-printed physical samples to evaluate quality, sizing, and color before committing to a full bulk run. In some cases, with highly detailed art or quick turnaround times we will create a full-scale virtual sample for you to review before we run the job.
What are common mistakes to avoid?
• Buying cheap, fragile items can negatively associate your brand with poor quality.
• Piling swag in a closet wastes marketing dollars; items should be deployed at trade shows and other events, and items that serve a daily purpose are kept far longer than novelty trinkets.
What about turnaround times?
We offer standard production and delivery that usually takes about 7 to 10 business days, with rush options available in 3 to 5 business days. If it’s different than that,
we’ll let you know up front.
What are the artwork requirements?
We prefer vector artwork (such as .ai, .eps, or high-resolution PDF files) to ensure clean imprinting, embroidery, or laser engraving. We provide free digital proofs before printing, as well as affordable design
in-house for all of our customers.
