Customization Details. Tom is an award-winning graphic designer and does the design and illustration for every detail of your letterman jacket. And no one else gives you a full-color mock-up of what your letterman jacket will look like. No one.

Chenille Letters and Patches. These are the elements that make YOUR letterman jacket match your personality and taste and set them apart from other jackets at your shcool. The details don’t stop here, either. From zippers to snaps and woven stripe patterns at the bottom of the sleeves and bosy, we can really tweak every component of YOUR letterman jacket. But first, more about letters and patches.

• Size: The size of your chenille letters and patches are determined by the size of the jacket and where they will be placed on the jacket (sleeves, back, chest, etc…).
• Felt Layers and Colors: You can choose between single felt, double felt, or even triple felt chenille letters. The felt is the number of layers of sturdy backing upon which the fuzzy chenille is stitched. Single felt chenille letters are more economical and less expensive, but double felt chenille letters have an awesome professional, layered look and are generally sturdier.
• Inserts: You can add embroidered Swiss inserts or metal pins to your chenille letters to show the activities in which a student or athlete participates. For instance, you could have a track foot embroidered onto a chenille letter, or a track foot pin placed upon a chenille letter. These cost very little, and personalization adds to the look of the jacket.
• Chenille Letter Fonts: We offer a huge range of font choices for your chenille letters including full block font, script font, plain block font, dimensional font, old English font, and much more. We can even match any type style samples you send us, so the only limit is your imagination! The same goes for sports and activity patches. We have even designed fully-embroidered patches, with double felt backing, to add to our customers jackets.

Jacket Customization. We have set-in sleeves (sleeves attached to the body like a t-shirt) and raglan sleeves (sleeves that extend in one piece, to form the collar) in 100% leather, vinyl and wool. We also offer sailor collars for the girls.

Letterman Jacket Program with Team or Booster Club Cash-back. We offer a team or school Letterman Jacket Program where your team, booster club or school athletic department can earn cash-back rewards based on the number of jackets purchased each year or season. tjSTUDIO will write your group a sponsorship check when all the jackets have been delivered at the end of the Letterman Jacket Program. No one else around, has this level of community support.

Timing. This is probably the most asked question we get about our jackets. Normal turn-around time after the fitting and design consultation is 6 to 8 weeks. It can be as long as 12 weeks during busy times of the year. HOWEVER, if your team, booster club or athletic department joins our Letterman Jacket Program, we can guarantee delivery by Christmas if jackets are ordered in August, or by the beginning of the school year if ordered by the end of May/early June.
